Some of our donors look to the Community Foundation for assistance in administering their competitive grants for nonprofit organizations. In addition, the Community Foundation administers a number of competitive grants for external funders.

Children's Services Fund of Jackson County
About: The Children’s Services Fund of Jackson County provides financial support to organizations promoting children’s mental health and social-emotional well-being in Jackson County.
Grant Focus: Organizations that offer temporary shelter, outpatient chemical dependency and psychiatric treatment programs, and professional counseling and therapy services; psychological evaluations; and mental health screenings.

About: The Clay County Children’s Services Fund provides financial support to organizations promoting the mental and social-emotional health of children in Clay County.
