Earlier this year at a Donor-to-Donor, Greater Kansas City Community Foundation donors had the opportunity to hear from Tara Raghuveer, Founder and Director of the Kansas City Eviction Project. A Kansas City native herself, Tara returned to her hometown in 2013 as a Harvard University student to research eviction for her senior thesis. 
Tara’s experience collecting data from neighborhoods just miles from where she grew up led to a passion for housing reform and policy change.
Tara recently joined Senior Philanthropic Advisor, Whitney Hosty, on the Grow Your Giving podcast to discuss the data and explore potential solutions for the eviction epidemic that cities across the country face.
