Supporting Cristo Rey Kansas City Students Through Scholarships

The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation administers hundreds of scholarship funds. During the 2018-2019 school year, donors provided $3.3 million in scholarships to more than 2,000 students.
LaVon Colhour recently sat down with Community Foundation donor Kerm Fendler, who established the Cristo Rey Kansas City Fendler Family Scholarship. They were also joined by Steph Hart, Director of College Counseling at Cristo Rey Kansas City (CRKC), and CRKC Fendler Family Scholarship recipient, Alexis Medina.
